This was the first year I purchased 2 tenderloins from Sam's to serve on Christmas day .  I've cooked them for the past two years. & purchased them at a local grocery store. This time the meat was so tender and flavorful. I will definitely buy these again.

Beef tenderloin for the win!!

The two choice tenderloins I purchased were flavorful and as tender as any prime tenderloins I've ever had. These were in trimmed so I used the ropes for making French onion soup. My husband said it was the best soup he's ever had.

Tender beef! We have the butcher at Sam's cut it into 1” slices, freeze it and eat it throughout the year. Tastes wonderful and can cut it with a fork.

Dinner was wonderful. The butcher was so professional. Trimmed and tied the tenderloin and gave great recommendations.

Trimmed fat and smoked on pellet grill until temperature hit 125 degrees.  Best beef we've ever had.

The tenderloin was very tender when grilled, had very little waste on it and we had several meals out of the one tenderloin.

Beef Tenderloin - Great for Celebrations

Bought 3 of these for Christmas dinner with my sister and family. I sous vided them to 130 degees. Then on the 600 griil to sear them. Really great.

Best tenderloin

Price was higher than HEB but quality was there.

Price is fairly high but meat was good.

Although the meat was good and tender, by the time it was dressed out with tons of fat removed, the price per pound almost doubled. There was almost as much unedible fat hidden underneath as there was meat.
