Look, is it as good as the best homemade mashed potatoes you've ever had? No, no it is not. Does it taste good enough that it's worth the minor decline in flavor for the huge time and energy savings from these potatoes? It absolutely does. Best store brough potatoes every!!! I make a pretty good mash potato and would never purchase from the store a ready made brand. Then a friend encouraged me to try these, they are now my go to mash potato. I sometimes just heat them up at other times, I add a little extra butter and sour cream.
