Great potato salad

My great aunt from Mississippi who no longer cooks but loves anything ending in “salad” thinks this potato salad is far and away better than the local supermarkets deli potato salad. It’s thicker, more potatoes and she says it’s got great flavor, if you’re not making it homemade this is a great alternative.

Close to Homemade. If you have to bring the potato salad to the cookout but dont have time, Get this! Transfer to a different bowl and sprinkle paprika on top. If you have a little extra time, boil an egg, dice it up and mix in. Everyone loved this. This is my quick go to if i dont have time to make from scratch

This salad has everything you'd want in a great potato salad. It was hearty and we were able to serve our large family with multiple servings. My daughter even asked if she could come get more the next day. You can't beat the price for the amount of servings, but the taste and quality is what won our family over.
