Cooking Instructions

1. Heat 6 quarts of water to a gentle boil, add a pinch of salt, add pasta. Do not separate pasta if it sticks together as it will naturally separate while cooking.

2. Cook 4 minutes and drain.

3. If frozen, do not thaw. Cook for 1 additional minute.

Eat out without leaving the house

I tried this ravioli on a whim, and I'm so glad I did. Quick and easy cooking, these are perfect with a homemade Alfredo sauce. While the pasta cooks, (about 24 raviolis), melt 2 T butter and sauté 2 cloves minced garlic for about 30 seconds. Add around 2 C heavy cream, then mix in 3/4 C grated Parmesan (Sam's Parmigiano-Reggiano if you want the best). Finish with 1/4 t of black pepper. Better than a restaurant, in my opinion.

Very good!

Love these! I was so happy when I saw them in my Sam's club. Great flavor. I usually buy the RANA brand mushroom raviolis else wear and these are just as good.

I received this product in exchange for my honest and unbiased review. This Member's Mark Fontina Cheese and Mushroom Ravioli thoroughly impressed me. The rich flavor of the fontina combined with the earthy mushrooms made for a delightful dish that was both satisfying and gourmet. The ravioli cooked perfectly and quickly, and held up well in a light sauce. I highly recommend this as a delicious weeknight meal.
