I use this to scrub everythig.  I scrubbed the vinyl siding on the garage with 2 scoops and 1.5 gallons of water.  It instantly qas clean with minimal scrubbing.  It took off the mold effortlessly.   Now in September, it looks as brilliant and clean with a shine just like it did when i scrubbed it in May.  Now i scrub down everything with this.

Does more than expected

The fragrance is overwhelming. If you prefer mild scents or fragrance-free laundry products you should look for the original Oxi-Clean product elsewhere. The "Odor Blaster" feature means covering up any odors with an overwhelming scent that lingers and will contaminate the dryer and infiltrate other clothing.

Overwhelming Fragrance

Odor of the product is overwhelming, washed several times trying to get the smell out! We miss the old one! Washed clothes with vinegar, vinegar and baking soda, and then washed again with vodka before smell came out! We’ve used Oxi-Clean for years but if we can’t find one without the odor busting we’ll

I have purchased Oxi Clean at Sam's for years.  I recently bought a new box and, when I opened it, am overwhelmed by PERFUME. My family has allergies, and, even if we didn't, this PERFUMED laundry product is an assault on the senses.  I will never buy Oxi Clean at Sam's again, unless you carry the product that is not "Odor Blasters"! I wasn't buying perfume.  I was buying laundry detergent.  The odor isn't 'blasted'.  It is covered up with a ridiculous amount of fragrance! I want my money back!

Oxi Clean "Odor Blasters": a perfumed assault

Please bring back original! I loved my oxiclean but when I opened the new one it was highly scented. This odor is way too perfumed!!! The new odor buster packaging didn’t indicate a new smell. This stinks too much and can’t use on my clothes. Can we go back, please!?

New formula stinks!

I have purchased OxiClean Stain Remover from Sam's for many years with no issues with the product.  Sam's was sold out of the Stain Remover product, so I tried the 11-pound box with "Odor Blasters" which is advertised to REMOVE odors from your laundry.  After using the product with this week's laundry, I found that it does NOT remove odors; rather, it covers up odors with an extremely strong fragrance.  The smell in the clothes and sheets was so strong that everything had to be rewashed without OxiClean.  The Odor Blaster "fragrance" was so strong from the open box that I had to take the box out of the house and into the trash bin.  I will never purchase the Odor Blaster version of OxiClean again.

It's "nose blaster" NOT "odor blaster"

This product has a strong, unpleasant fragrance that significantly irritates allergies and even transfers to other items. It literally made me ill. It took multiple washes with a fragrance-free oxy product from another store to finally eliminate the odor. It's both disappointing and frustrating that Sam's Club doesn't prioritize fragrance-free options—especially when selling in bulk, where one or two people's scent sensitivity can affect entire households.

Fragrance sensitivity affects up to 30% of people, with symptoms ranging from headaches and skin irritation to respiratory issues. Products like cleaning agents and personal care items are common triggers. For individuals with autism, the impact can be even more severe due to heightened sensory processing, making exposure to strong scents intensely disruptive.

Sam’s Club used to offer fragrance-free or odor-free versions of products, which makes this shift even more frustrating. If this issue continues to be overlooked and escalated, Sam's risks alienating a growing segment of its customer base. Prioritizing fragrance-free options isn't just thoughtful—it's essential for many people. It should be a requirement for all of their business purchases.

Ignoring Allergy & Sensory Needs Is a Costly Error

Avoid this product! Several months ago, I tried OxiClean (non-scented) for the first time, purchased from Sam's Club, and became a fan of the product. Sam's Club replaced the non-scented version with this Odor Blasters version and not noticing, I purchased it - to my demise. The perfume in this product is overwhelming and toxic. My entire family complained (and I only used 1 TBL per load), so now it will be used for outdoor cleaning only. I will purchase OxiClean non-scented at Publix until the Sam's Club buyer notices my review and graces us lowly customers with OxiClean non-scented.

Avoid this product!

My family are all Sam’s club shoppers. My brother in Texas and us here in Florida bought the Oxi with the purple for blasters around the same time because the original we normally buy was not in stock. Both households had reactions to it and my parents confirmed they don’t use it because they’ve had reactions to it in the past. Do yourself a favor and buy only the regular oxi clean so you don’t wind up with 10lbs of cleaner you can’t use and an itch in your crawl.

Allergic reactions

The smell is nausea inducing; took three washes to remove most of the smell from towels I had washed the one and only time I used this.  Gave the box away and will never buy this product again.
