I purchased Tylenol Extra Strength Cold + Flu Multi-Action Day for future use (I was not in immediate need). When my husband began feeling congested, he started taking this product right away. It cleared his sinuses better than other products he's used. He developed a very slight fever and it was gone within a few hours of taking the medication. It's hard to say how sick he would've been without the medication, but it did seem to alleviate his symptoms very well.

This Tylenol Extra Strength Cold+Flu Multi-Action Day, however is a game changer. It seems to work much faster and kept symptoms at bay much longer than other brands. We definitely will be purchasing more in the future as well as recommending to friends and family!

The caplets are easy to swallow. No side effects. Doesnt help much with cough except for eliminating post nasal drip. I would use again and get the day & night pack.

My soar throat was soothed but still left me coughing a bit. That being said, this product is HARD to find. I would recommend this but good luck trying to find it in stores.
