I love how effective and fast it acted upon reliving nasal congestion that is the worst and it cleared it up within taking the first dose by the second dose I was already feeling like I could breath again. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is hands down , one of the best cold and flu medicines I have taken, in a long time! It doesn't have any ugly taste or aftertaste. The absolute best part, is that it works super quick.. No more waiting forever for my headache to go away. We took a vacation over the weekend and floated the river. We returned and came back feeling a little under the weather. Our first initial thought, was that we had contracted "The Virus".. But, luckily it wasn't that. Our doc said we had most definitely contracted a common cold (which is rare these days). It was due to cool weather and being in the river and hot tub and letting that cool air hit us right after. We were prescribed meds, but I didn't take mine.. Instead, I reached for my Tylenol Cold+Flu Extra Strength, and I have zero regrets! I'm on day 2 of taking it and almost feel completely better, unlike the rest of my friends.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The tylenol extra strength cold and flu multi action day is a new staple in my medicine cabinet. It works the best of any that I have tried. It is great at clearing sinuses and relieving most of the pain.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a really good product to take in the daytime as it does not make you sleepy. It did make me feel a bit jittery but that is normally how I feel when I take products containing pseudoephedrine. However, there is nothing else that comes close to relieving sinus headaches and pressure. It is worth it to take the extra steps to the pharmacy to purchase it there rather than buying the stuff OTC that doesn't work well for sinus issues. It gives you relief that lasts a long time and it also relieves headaches very quickly. It has the added benefit of cough suppressant if you need that as well.
