These are my go-to for migraines when my Rx is out. It works but if you have true migraine it requires multiple doses. Mine usually last for days if I can't get my Rx. With this, I'm able to minimize the pain but not fully rid a migraine. It helps me be functional. For that reason it's always in my cabinet.

I have gotten ocular migraines since I was about 18 years old. if I am able to catch it fairly quickly and take something right away thankfully it won't last very long. Caffeine has always helped my migraines so I've always taken Acetaminophen with a caffeinated drink. What I love about Excedrin migraine is that it already has caffeine in it so I don't have to worry about trying to find a caffeinated drink. Excedrin works must faster than regular acetaminophen and lasts much longer. I highly recommend it if you suffer with migraines.

It's not enough to keep you awake but just enough to curb a headache. It's like drinking a coke without the rush and inevitable crash for those of us who don't consume caffeine regularly.

It took away the pain for most of the day but then when I went to sleep and woke up, my migraine was back, but not full force like they usually are. The down side is that you can only take 2 within 24 hours .
