I love this product. When I get a migraine, I take 2 of these with 2 allergy pills. Works like a charm. I wouldn't change anything. This met my expectations every time. It compares to the cocktails the hospital gives you when you pair it with Benadryl or Equate allergy.

I know that the combination of Acetaminophen, Aspirin (NSAD) and Caffeine in Excedrin Migraine do the trick for me. As opposed to just taking a regular pain reliever that doesn't help at all!

This is the first medication I go to when I feel a migraine coming on. It really works! What a difference it makes. This medication is a combination of acetaminophen, aspirin and caffeine and since I am sensitive to caffeine (even one dose of this makes me shaky), I can only take it in the morning but it does last a long time. I am so grateful for this easy to take, affordable medicine that I can take as needed.

This is my go to OTC medication for my monthly migraines. I take it as directed and within 30 minutes, I'm back to normal and ready to get on with my day. Pair it with the Excedrin Head care Replenish & Focus and I'm back to my daily duties full force. I did have to use a few different amounts of water to delete the flavoring more because the powder is a pretty strong taste. Overall I'd recommend using these 2 products together.

These were great! I get very bad migraines that are light and sound sensitive. I normally want to crawl into a dark quiet room. No medication had ever helped until these! They completely make my migraine go away. No matter the price they are completely worth it for me.

I get really bad migraines so I thought I would give these a try. I used a couple times and they are effective but make me somewhat diZzy. I do not like the side effects so I just stick to aspirin, I would recommend trying it out before buying a full size
