Excederin works wonders. I used to take Tylenol for my headaches and it never worked but when I found out about excederin I was shocked to see the results. I have headaches quite often and excederin takes them away in minutes. I highly recommend this medicine.

This is one of my favorite medicines for headaches I pretty much only use this for headache so I find it works the majority of the time and it works no matter what the cause of the headache is whether it's noise or lack of sleep or allergies or exhaustion due to heat or whatever it works for a multitude of things. My family and friends all use this for headaches and it works rather quickly as well I highly recommend this for headaches

I find this product works consistently well, is not overly expensive, and is easy to find. One of the most appealing aspects is that it is easy to swallow compared to other pain relievers. Also, the presence of caffeine, I believe, improves its performance.

I have terrible period cramps and could never find anything that would ease them until I tried this. As soon as it starts working my cramps go away. I would totally recommend trying this if your menstrual cramps are bad and you have trouble finding something to help.

I am sufferer if silent migraines, where you lose all vision and sometimes, when pain does occur, it just shuts me down completely for the day. I started using these to combat my migraines and it works so well!! Definitely recommend taking one of these instead of ibuprofen because it specifically targets migraine pain and symptoms.

This is a must in my house. I always reach for this first because I feel as though it is stronger then other brands. Although I like Advil I feel like I have to take more throughout the day compared to taking excedrin I only need to take it once and I'm good to go!

Excedrin is the only otc medication that has ever been able to put a dent in my awful headaches. The excedrin migraine works about the same as the regular brand even though I was hoping it would perform a little better. All in all though, excedrin in still the only brand ill purchase

Works excellently!! My fiancé and I use it every time we have a head ache and it completely goes AWAY! We use this product atleast once a day! There's honestly no other way I'd be able to improve this amazing product! I am VERY satisfied with this product!

This pain medication is fantastic. It starts working within about 20 mins and you really start to feel better! I've used it for headaches and cramps and it works really well. The only negative is the caffeine. I took them when I had a headache in the middle of the night and I was up for a couple of hours after taking them. Other than that, they are awesome!
