I swear by this stuff. For some reason I often wake up with headaches, so I will take 2 and see instant results. Not only that, the caffeine boost works wonders! For the amount you get, and the fact that I take them about 4 times a week, it is a good price. I'm very satisfied overall.

I have terrible period cramps and could never find anything that would ease them until I tried this. As soon as it starts working my cramps go away. I would totally recommend trying this if your menstrual cramps are bad and you have trouble finding something to help.

I am constantly on the go; I work a retail job, go to school, work out a lot, and ride horses, so I really am constantly sore. Excedrin extra strength is great at helping me get the job done mostly pain/soreness free. It doesn't really take a long time to kick in.

Work fast for all your headaches. It also does not have a bitter aftertaste that many other headaches pills then to have. The pills are easily swallowable. I'll always have my home stocked with a bottle because you never know when your brain has worked out too much.

Acetaminophen and Ibuprofen do not work for me so I tried Excedrin and it is the only headache medicine I use faithfully. First choice of headache medicines for me. The price is always affordable for me because it works. I would repurchase again and again.

This is one of my favorite medicines for headaches I pretty much only use this for headache so I find it works the majority of the time and it works no matter what the cause of the headache is whether it's noise or lack of sleep or allergies or exhaustion due to heat or whatever it works for a multitude of things. I'm not one to take a lot of pain meds. My dad always told me to " suck it up." But there are times where it's just not practical to live through pain. I personally don't think Ibuprofen, Aleve, or Tylenol help. ( They've never really worked for me and I don't take meds a lot) Excedrin is the only medication I can take that helps me through the day without making me drowsy or not even helping.

I use this product after I leave the gym it does help with a lot of the soreness that I get from being on the treadmill for an hour or two I also recently used it this week after moving to a new condo it does relieve the pain and symptoms that come with soreness it's amazing I love it very good price and available basically everywhere

This is my go to pain killer! My bf put me on to it and now I have one in my purse, one at work and one at home. it takes my pain away in a matter of minutes making it very effective. The price is a little pricey, but i just guy the big bottle and split in to all the rest of the bottles.
