Migraines are the worst, and mine dont seem to go away. I've tried everything, but the only thing that ever seems to work for me is Excedrin Migraine and darkness to sleep it off. It doesnt get rid of the migraine (but then nothing does, so you can hardly hold that against it), but it dims it just enough to get to sleep and not want to scream. To me, that is success.

This is a life saver! I'm prone to many different types of headaches and this is the only product that works for me. There may be cheaper alternatives, but this brand in particular works miracles. I always have some with me and I won't buy anything else.

This stuff really helps get rid of my headaches. Although the ones I'm having aren't legit migraines, this particular Excederine really works. Sometimes the regular strength is hit or miss, so to be sure to knock out that headache I only use the migraine formula now & it's great!! For a legit migraine, I'm off to the E.R. but luckily I haven't suffered one in a long time. This stuff really works perfectly!!

MY ALL TIME FAVORITE HEADACHE MEDICINE. I have used all types and nothing, I mean nothing, has done the job like this medicine. AND it's quick. I have my mom on it and my brother. These pills are reasonable priced, like any other headache medicine and can be found in every drugstore. I highly recommend this brand!!!

Whatever pain I deal with, these babies help to relieve it. My cousin introduced me to them and I'm so happy she did. These are totally affordable & get the job done. I believe caffeine are in these, so if caffeine doesn't bother you, I recommend these.

It's very hard to find a medication for pain relief. Excedren has been effective for myself and not disappointed at all. It is alittle to pricey,but i think it's worth it compared to other brands that's cheaper. I  recommend this product if your looking for pain relief fast.

Excedrin works so well to get rid of headaches and muscle aches. There was a time when we couldn't find any on the market and my mom went crazy and stockpiled it because we swear by it. There is a bottle in every car, in the medicine cabinet and we always take a few wherever we go. These get rid of headaches so quickly and work better than anything else I have ever used

Excedrin is the only otc medication that has ever been able to put a dent in my awful headaches. The excedrin migraine works about the same as the regular brand even though I was hoping it would perform a little better. All in all though, excedrin in still the only brand ill purchase

Excedrin is literally the only thing that takes away my headaches. I always have it in the house and make sure to take it with me wherever I go. I don't use it often because it is harsher on the stomach than, say, Tylenol, but when the headache is there, you have to use what works, and this does.

These geltabs are good they're amazing I have used them a lot in the past when I have minor aches or major aches. They do relieve a lot of the systems they're not expensive they're available everywhere they're easy to swallow and don't leave an aftertaste in your mouth which is really important and don't make you drowsy at all which is also very good
