This stuff is a LIFESAVER. If I don't get at least 3 cups of coffee in the morning, I am a NIGHTMARE. I will end up with a splitting headache by noon, so on those days or when a simple pain reliever isn't enough, this does the trick. I would say it starts working within about 30 minutes.

I am ashamed to say how much of this product I use lol I always buy the biggest bottle I can find .many things trigger headaches for me and so I always have these handy they are a bit pricey but necessary I think and I would recommend them. They do take about 15 minutes to kick in which I do not like lol but overall they get the job done

I really like combination of aspirin with the acetaminophen in a single pill form. This is my go to you when I have a headache. I always keep a bottle on hand and as soon as I feel pressure coming on, I know how to take a pill right away. They don't upset my stomach and leave no funny taste.

I think this product work ok it helps me a little bit with pain but not very much it I don't like taking pills so I just deal with the pain but every once​in a while I will take something to help this work ok definitely recommend trying it out to see how you feel about it

Excedrin is the only brand I got to when I have a headache or a migraine. My headaches are usually gone within 30 minutes after taking a two pills and drinking a bottle of water. I recommend this to everyone who has the occasional headache, I think you should get the migraine version of Excedrin if you have stronger headaches or migraines.

My go to for headaches! These are the very best pill and I treat it like a magical pill. I know when I take this that my headaches will go away without question. I do tho don't like to take them every time cause I am scared to become immune to taking them and then they loose their power on my body. I only take these on the really bad headaches that I truly can't function and am ready to blow.

For years, Excedrin extra strength tablets were my go to, for aches and pains and especially for headaches. I trust Excedrin extra strength tablets to relieve headaches as well as aches and pains! Excedrin extra strength tablets have never let me down. 😇

I have headaches all the time. It runs in my family, so this stuff comes in handy all the time. There will never be a time when someone comes into my house and we don't have some Excedrin. I also take it with me everywhere, just in case I get a headache.

My husband swears by these. I however do not feel the same occasionally when I take them they don't work at all and cause my headache to get worse. I do however feel that this is just my body's reaction to this medcation and is by no means the fault of something being wrong with the medication.

It's very hard to find a medication for pain relief. Excedren has been effective for myself and not disappointed at all. It is alittle to pricey,but i think it's worth it compared to other brands that's cheaper. I  recommend this product if your looking for pain relief fast.
