Easy to swallow & doesn't leave an unpleasant taste. Wish a larger size was available that would cost less than a smaller amount, as in price break buying in bulk.

My Endocrinologist recommended I take 200 mg of CoQ10 per day. I used other brands in the past but when I started taking Qunol the difference and how I felt was like night and day. Qunol fills the bill because it's a more easily absorbed form of CoQ10, so I know I'm getting the maximum benefit from taking it.

It seems to have minimized the periodic muscle weakness I would get that I think was caused by Lipitor. I only gave it 4 stars because I believe it works but I have no actual proof.
