My energy is elevated slightly and my brother has used Qunol liquid for a long time his physician highly approves of this particular brand because of its consistency and purity of ingredients. I recommend the Ubiquinol versus the CoQ10.

I have noticed being less tired but not to the extent I'd like. This has been a very stressful time at work, so now that things are calming down I'll see if this supplement gives me more energy. I am taking 1 softgel before breakfast. From reading other reviews, I am going to begin taking 2. I will update soon.

The product can be pricey but compared to other CoQ10 products out there still a good buy. I have used it for a couple of years now and am happy with the results.

Ubiquinol replenishes CoQ10 blood levels depleted by statin cholesterol medicines. I haven't noticed any side effects whatsoever and it seems like I have a little more energy. While there are several CoQ10s out there on the market, I think this is a superior product and a good value for the quality.
