Every cell contains a factory that produces energy for the cell to burn, and ubiquinol is the highest quality raw material the cell can have to function most efficiently for the longest time. It really is the closest thing to cheap insurance that supplements can provide. Sadly, don't rely on your cardiologist or PCP to know about ubiquinol. Do your due diligence and check it out for yourself.

Ubiquinol...the active form of Co q10. Our bodies (especially old bodies) utilize this more effectively then Co q10. If I were younger (30, 40 etc) the other forms of Qunol would be fine...and honestly, maybe the regular form would be ok. Both kinds are good because you know what you are getting. Just any Co q10 I would be suspicious of. It is not easily kept stable....this brand has a patented process. You especially want to supplement if you are taking a statin.
