I chose it because of its absorbability and the fact that cardiologists recommend it over other brands. It is easy to take and I feel confident that it helps supply what my body lacks especially in combination with my prescribed statin.

The only reason I didn't give it a "5" is the big size of each capsule. Sure would like o have a smaller one, easier to swallow.

Not until I switched to ubiquinol liquid gel did I notice a dramatic increase in energy and mental acuity. I dose 200 Mg per day and I will always.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have been taking Simvastin for 15 years and had leg cramps all along. I attributed it to a low potassium level. When I had my blood checked this was not the case. My doctor recommend taking CoQ10 based upon his research of how it interacts with statins. At first the cramps did not go away, however after taking CoQ10 for 3 months they appeared to have subsided. I am also taking Eliquis and am in AFIB. I am noticing that I am bruising easier. Life has it's trade offs

A friend had given us some to try. This is now part of the program to aid in natural care and minimize prescriptions needed.
