From everything I've read, Qunol's Ubiquinol sounds the most efficacious. I've only been using it four days, so can't give a definitive judgment yet, but I'm very hopeful.

I stopped for a period of time once and quickly noticed that my knees and elbows began to ache. I play tennis many hours every day and decided to resume taking Qunol Ubiquinol. As far as I can tell, it does not contain artificial red dye, which is a plus. It is also free of soy, which is good since my husband cannot use soy.

As a result, I pierce it, squeeze the contents onto peanut butter to make it more palatable, and take it that way. Not a big deal, considering the results of the product!
