[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I like the packaging and the two little packets inside with the with the product to keep it to dry—as far as the results of using the product, it’s hard to know, how do I know, how can I tell; it’s not something I have been able to feel, or or anything; so I can’t say anything about the results of ingesting/consuming the product…I have no lab to test its purity/components, so, to give a good review, honestly, it would be necessary to do this in lab environment, with control(s) to know it’s validity/quality/healthfulness. PS I would have to enter a “No” to ‘Would you recommend this product to a friend?’, because I have no data to vouch its results…

Apparently, our systems have a hard time breaking it down to be of any use. We used to take statins, and that depletes our COQ10. We now take Red Yeast Rice to help control LDL cholesterol. We figure the extra COQ10 is good for us.

It's not just for proactive heart protection, but also to prevent and treat dental gum issues. I've had a recurring perio-pocket below the gum line on a molar. When I "abuse" it by brushing too vigorously or my turning my ViaJet water spray on "high", I rub Quonol on the area before bed. Within two days, the affected area is back to glowing health. It was recommended by my doctor to counterbalance the drop in CoQ 10 that normally occurs. This drop is believed to be one of the factors that causes the muscle cramps/pain associated with taking statins. I never had any muscle cramps or pain.

When reviewing the list of my vitamin supplements at my cardio checkups, they always approve/recommend the Qunol. Checkups are always good - to what extent I can attribute that to the Qunol is anybody's guess... but if it ain't broke, don't fix it! I'm sticking with my daily Qunol for sure.

I knew I was going to have to try something like Cq10 or quit the statins. I had no choice .. I read many good reviews on Qunol.
