If things bother your system easily, DO NOT TAKE THESE!!!! I TOOK 1 100 MG AND GOT SHAKY N STARTED HAVING PANIC ATTACKS AND DRS WOULD NOT HELP ME!?! I would give it a 0 if I could!!!!
