I read an article about Ubiquinol; that it is tolerated much better than regular COQ10. We tried it, along with the cholesterol drug, to reduce the side effects. It works! He has been taking both for about 6 months without the previous side effects. Hopefully, his next lab work will show a decrease in his cholesterol numbers.

We have found Qunol Ubiquinol 100mg great and the handy 200mg dose even better! My wife takes 400-800mg per day at the moment so it can be expensive but so worth it to know we are doing all we can to improve our fertility chances. It's been so good I now also take a smaller dose everyday too for my heart health and cholesterol levels.
