I’m 76 years old and fortunately in excellent heath with no medical issues. I take many supplements, more as preventative measures rather than expecting to notice any changes in my health, because as a said I already feel well. When choosing a supplement I do a lot of research rather than reading the hyped up claims printed on the bottles. I often refer to ConsumerLab.com as a very reliable source of information when reading about the pros and cons of different supplements. I’m taking mega ubiquinol to provide long term health benefits as I age and to maintain a higher quality of life. I've known the value of CoQ10 for a long time and was very excited to see Qunol come out with a CoQ10 (Ubiquinol) supplement so superior in quality and ease of absorption.. My wife and I have been taking it since it appeared on the market, and at our ages (70 & 65), we feel much younger, mentally and physically. The only pharmaceutical either of us is on is my wife for her thyroid. We both highly recommend the Qunol products!
