I did some research and found CoQ10 could reduce blood pressure. So I went a purchased a bottle, went back to update my physical and pressure was down over 10 points on both numbers. I have a machine to test at home and it was down again so overall 15 points in about 7 days. I will continue to take and keep record to see if I maintain a lower level.

I experienced heart palpitations with this a few weeks after starting to take. My husband started taking too at same time and was fine, until this past week when he started feeling strong heart palpitations as well. Is this a common side effect? What does it mean? I am going to ask my cardiologist

In doing research i found it is crucial to take a CoQ10 supplement while on a statin. I also researched different CoQ10 supplements and found Qunol Ubiquinol to be the supplement I was searching for since it is the active form , Kaneka Ubiquinol. I am semi retired and work 3 to 4 days a week and remain active. I feel this product has been beneficial to my health and highly recommend it .

I have taken two Qunol tablets (100 mg each) daily with meals for almost three months and have experienced a noticeable increase in energy and alertness.
