Before taking, my gums were redder and I was told I needed gum surgery. I got a 2nd opinion and skipped the surgery. When I'm taking the ubiquinol regularly my gums turn light pink and look healthier. Also I believe the research that it is good for my heart.

Have been on statins for years and have tried all to determine which was most efficient for me....problem was their side effects were very problematic.....leg cramping and very susceptible toppling muscles during activity. As a result, I pierce it, squeeze the contents onto peanut butter to make it more palatable, and take it that way. Not a big deal, considering the results of the product!
