I tried the table of (Qunol Ubiquinol) and have been totally satisfied. I have CAD and feel that this product is an important part of my heart health routine to help lower the bad cholesterol while increasing the good. Although it really is dificult with CoQ10 to tell if it is working, my blood test levels over the period of time I have used it show in the normal range. Since I'm on a statin (Colesterol drug) and a CoQ10 suplement is indicated and the blood tests are normal I have to assume it is working..
