I read that taking CoQ10 would help with boosting antioxidant levels, increasing cardiovascular health, stabilizing blood sugar, decreasing oxidative damage, increasing energy and enhancing cognitive abilities. We try to eat healthy and exercise but also feel the need to add reliable, fair priced supplements to our daily diet.

With Qunol there is no aftertaste or uncomfortable feeling of fullness. But there IS the feeling of taking care of my heart health. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I first heard of ubiquinol about six years ago and as I've been taking Co Enzyme Q 10 since the mid eighties (I was only able to get it from The Life Extension Foundation and the dosage was 30mg) it was very expensive at that time through the next few decades the price went down. In the early 2000's I started using the Qunol brand of Co Q 10 and was very happy with the product - finding ubiquinol was the icing on the cake. Now I'm getting a higher effective dose and it's less expensive in the long run. Thank you very much for your product.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I don't know if this product helped or not without a special blood test but my latest cardio test showed my ejection fraction climb from 60% to 65%. For us older adults it would easier to swallow if it was a little smaller size. The price is also high when you could take multiple CO-Q10 to get the same results at a lower price.

I'm a YOUNG 59, but let me tell you...after taking this, I will never 'not' take it. Now as an older adult, I use Qunol Mega CoQ10 because of its antioxidant properties, to possibly avoid the side effects of taking statin medication, and for other research-based health benefits. Because I am older I use Qunol Mega because of its formulation, which contains ubiquinol (the active form of CoQ10). I've done quite a bit of research on CoQ10 products and believe Qunol Mega CoQ10 to be the best CoQ10 product for me.

Having both taken a statin for years and aging deep into my 60's, it was important to supplement my heart health and I have received clean bills of health on my heart ever since taken the supplement.
