I credit Qunol Ubiquinol with a fair portion of the positive results. I eat a healthy diet, for the most part, exercise and walk every day, but taking a supplement that will offset the Statin I must take to help regulate my Cholesterol is so important. My research has shown me that Ubiquinol is the best CoQ10, and Qunol is the best I have found.

HR used to take 3 hours or so to return to somewhat normal BPM. after taking the product for several months I noticed that my recovery time dropped from hours to minutes to return to normal after a 3hr ride. BP was also reduced than was previous. I had been cycling for several years prior to taking the product and my routine of cycling has not changed since taking the product I know that it works.

Best brand on the market as far as I am concern. This version is ubiquinol which is absorbed directly into the body. Many coq10s are ubiquitone which have to be processed and turned into ubiquinol. As you get older you produce less of coq10 in your body. If you take a statin even more. CoQ10 is an antioxidant that your body produces naturally. Your cells use it for growth and maintenance.
