(Aug 2018) After research of absorption, benefits I decided on this brand. I take 400mg every day. It took 2+ mos for me to feel a definite difference in energy level. So compare the differences in the Coq10 products for yourself. It may not take as long for you to feel the difference...or have patience if it does take longer. I had 3 years of heavy statins before I started Coq10. So hang in there and give your body what it needs.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have been taking ubiqunol, superior absorption, for 2 years. I have a chronic disabiling illness and my overall health was terrible. In that time I have improved so much! I would like to take their turmeric but I simply cannot afford it. The ubiqunol is very expensive and I am on a severely limited SSI amount; however I will not give up this product even if I have to do without other things. I highly recommend it! Cindi
