I tried a few other brands that didn't fit the bill. After some research, I decided give Qunol a try and haven't looked back. It's solubility made the difference for me and promotes heart health as well.

My legs have ached when I was tired since I was small. If I did a heavy workout, they ached badly enough that I was unable to sleep. Once I started taking Ubiquinol, the appearance of my skin was restored to normal. I take one in the morning & one in the evening. My legs feel do not ache and I sleep well without the distraction of pain.

I take red yeast rice for high blood pressure and know that it tends to deplete CoQ10 so I was glad to find Qunol mega. It gives me peace of mind. But, guess what! Because it dissolves in water, I am also encouraged by its red packaging to drink just a little bit more water--actually quite a bit more--when I take it. Ahem! And, yes, I do recommend it to friends and the adult immigrant students I tutor.

We both only take ezetimibe for cholesterol and have had very good readings, especially the hdl, both over 75! We'll stay on this for life, quite literally!

I used to have trouble with my legs - it's as if I lost all the energy in my legs. I have MS and I just figured that was the reason. But then someone suggested that I try Ubiguinol. Wow - within about a week I began to feel better. It seemed like I got stronger and had more energy every week. It also seemed to help my word retrieval problems - now the words come out much better. Maybe it's because I have more energy. Who knows. Another change since I've been taking Ubiguinol is that I've started receiving complements on my skin. I'm almost 72 and that makes me feel really good.
