I did lots of research before buying and the ubiquinol form is the best form to take since it is absorbed more readily by the body. I'm so glad I found this. I take it everyday. I keep it on my bathroom counter that way I take it first thing every morning. It has become a part of my daily routine.

As we age and especially after heart surgery, we do not manufacture sufficient amounts of this enzyme for good health. After taking a CoQ10 supplement for a couple of years, my primary care doctor told me that Ubiquinol has 8 times better absorption than just regular CoQ10. I have been taking 100 mg of Ubiquinol daily for the past 10 years. One year ago, I was struggling financially, and did not take Ubiquinol for approximately 60 days. I noticed that my heart health was not near as good as it was when I was taking Ubiquinol. I then found the Qunol brand for ten dollars less per bottle than the previous brand that I was taking. When i opened it last week, all of the softgels were stuck together. I managed to break a few off of the pack, but then some started to break apart and the pack became a mess. I only got a few of the softgels to take. Now i don't know what to do with them. Please advise.
