I would love to say that I 'feel ' the difference, but I don't think CoQ10 is a product that you notice a change. I like that it is water soluble....this is big, many of the aren't. I take a statin and I know that taking this product is vital, so for now, I will stay with this product. The price is good too!!

I have taken two Qunol tablets (100 mg each) daily with meals for almost three months and have experienced a noticeable increase in energy and alertness. Simply said, the other products do not compare Qunol! I ended up doing the water disolve comparison the other day when I located near emptly bottles of two other CoQ10 products in the rear of the suplement cabinet, the difference is AMAZING! ...An almost instant disolve whle the others were still blobs 3 hrs later. Clearly better digestion/absorbtion, my body thanks me every day.
