I have more energy to do all of this by taking this prior to my activity. Using this for 3 years or more has helped my tolerance to exercise. Glad I had the opportunity to give this product a review.

That means I can take it with my other supplements and a glass of water. This is as opposed to the more common fat soluble versions and since I am trying to avoid fats, I really don't want to ingest fats to take a pill that is supposed to help lower cholestrol -- seems counterproductive.

It is not only water soluble where regular CoQ10 is fat-soluble but it is so much more effective in providing antioxidant protection to the cells, especially for those who take statins. I want to take the most effective source of this powerful antioxidant since I am getting older and my body produces less. Also, because I have heart disease, Qunol oQ10 provides my heart with better antioxidant protection.

My doctor suggested that I give this product a try. I have been using Qunol ever since. I have tried other brands. This is the only brand of CoQ10 that I actually notice the difference in my legs. A couple of time I have run out of the product and tried other brands. The other brands do not work for me. Plain and simple: This product works for me!
