My doctor recommended CoQ10. The first brand didn't work well for me. I tried Qunol brand and have seen good results , better lab tests, and feel better with continued use.

Notice decrease in exercise ability when I haven't taken it (tire quicker, not as much pep). Heartbeat is more steady when taking Qunol.

The product can be pricey but compared to other CoQ10 products out there still a good buy. I have used it for a couple of years now and am happy with the results.
