[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The statin drug I was taking was not keeping my cholesterol under 200. My doctor recommended increasing the dosage. I was and still is on the lowest dose of 5 mg. My cholesterol was hovering around 200. I was listening to a radio program and the guest said that people on statins should always be on CoQ10. He explained the reason and I believed him. I immediately went to my membership store to look for CoQ10 (had never heard of CoQ10 before this). Fortunately for me on that day there was a persons giving out liquid samples of CoQ10. I tasted it and bought it and have been using it since. I did switch from the liquid to gel capsule only because sometimes I can't get to the membership store and I can get the capsule in other places. I am still on 5 mg of the cholesterol drug and 100 mg of Qunol daily. My doctor is totally satisfied with my LDL and HDL. and of course I am elated. I thank that person I heard explaining why people on statins should be taking CoQ10.

As a result, I pierce it, squeeze the contents onto peanut butter to make it more palatable, and take it that way. Not a big deal, considering the results of the product!

Got into trouble years ago when taking statins. Read about support for the statins in Qunol, and we started taking it. The energy and memory came back. We both have low normal blood pressure. We no longer take statins and are feeling even better. We eat a very clean and healthy diet and never worry about our heart health. Yearly checkups show "all is well!"

After 3 mos. on Qunol CoQ10 , I was getting dizzy, went to my Doctor, and found my blood pressure had come down so much , I was taken off one blood pressure medication , and taken off a water pill! After several months of different brands I tried Qunol Coq10. The Qunol brand is superior and effective compared to other brands. I rarely have muscle spasms now. I recommend to family and friends.
