I wasn't a believer until taking it the first time and noticed I did have an increase in energy. Great price and product.

I switched to Ubiquinol on the recommendation of my doctor as it is better absorbed into the system. I believe it is supporting my heart health and have noticed an improvement in my symptoms. I do not have as many episodes of heart flutters since I started taking this. I take one capsule a day. I like that the capsule is easy to swallow and there is no taste at all.
