Even though I took this supplement at meal time it continued to cause heartburn like symptoms. Before giving up on the product altogether I decided to try the liquid version of it, and found that the heartburn issues decrease by about 90 percent. I can't help but wonder what's different in the pills vs the liquid product.

I know at 81 my body does not make much natural coQ10 so I supplement that deficiency hoping to be around as long as possible for grand & great grand children. I do have chronic fatigue syndrome of sorts so this doesn't give me that much energy. Do not take this at night or you'll end up staying up without realizing this is the culprit.
