I'm not sure how I'd know for certain that it's doing what it's supposed to, but I have faith in the product and will continue to use it.

I had been using ultra C-Q10 for a number of years to increase my level of energy. But read that at a certain age your body does not absorb vitamins and similar products as well as it use to so I switched to Ubiquinol which the article recommended. Chose your product because of such good reviews. I like to read about products before I try them out.

I have cardiomyopathy and been taking regular Coq10 for years! A few months ago I decide to try this product instead, nd it took a few weeks to feel the difference but I did!!!! I use to be somewhat lethargic especially in the early afternoons but now I go with my daughter at least 3 times a week after work to workout at a fitness camp. I haven't found myself coming down with colds or flu as prevalent as prior to taking it. Especially during "season" when all of the Northerners come south to their second homes during the winter and bring their coughs, colds and flu.
