This was highly recommended. I take it because I take a statin drug. It is supposed to replenish the ubiquinol the statin removes.

A great product to consider using if on cholesterol meds or just in general for added healthy living

I use Qunol Mega Ubiquinol CoQ10 as a recommendation from my Dr. For heart health and Cholesterol. I take one pill a day.

I experienced some constipation for a week or so after starting this supplement. Then things went back to normal.
