I also feel it has helped my mental clarity. The only negative for me is that the pill is just a bit too large for me to swallow but I am able to swallow it because the pill is very slick and smooth.

When compared to any other form of CoQ10 you will find that the superior absorption quality of Qunol is exactly what you want in a supplement. Perhaps, but not likely, a stronger dose of a fat only absorption of another CoQ10 might provide the dosage you need, but why mess around. Spend your health dollars wisely on a proven product that is both fat and water soluble. You will notice the difference, believe me!

I, and so does my cardiologist attribute this to the ubiquinol. that I have been taking. my husband who suffered those pains got rid of them after starting using this product.

He prescribed that I take 200mg of CoQ10 a day - and it had to be the 'good kind' as once over over we begin to lose our ability to process this essential nutrient. Started taking Qunol gels and the cramps have never returned.
