There are several other brands out there, but this is the brand for me. I trust that I am getting the best absorption rate from this product and I find that in general I do get better results.

I used to take it years ago and for some reason stopped. I am 81 years old, people think I am 10 to 15 years younger, including myself. Health workers cant find me waiting for an exray, etc because they are looking for an 80 yr old. Its great fun! I take many other supplements.
