I wasn't sure at first, but when I began to feel the difference, I never stopped taking the pills. These days, I take care of my old father who frequently wakes up in the middle of night. I have to wake up to take care of him, too. So I get dead tired in the morning. In the past, before taking CoQ10, this kind of sleeplessness caused me immediate heart ache. But I don't feel any such kind. My heart is ok. I don't feel any heaviness or sharp pain or anything on my heart. I will contine to use this product.

A few years ago I had severe muscle fatigue and depleted levels of CoQ10 from taking a low dose of simvistatin. I asked my doctor if he would give me a CPK blood test and he didn't know what it was. I use to take COQ10 but after looking into this product I found out that it is much more water and fat soluble, hence absorbs more than the latter product I took.
