I finally broke down and purchased a bottle last month after prodding by my daughter to do so. In the past I've bought cheap, non brand name CoQ10 from stores. Since I've started taking Qunol, I feel better.

With a family history of heart disease my Doctor strongly recommends it. My cardiologist recommended adding CoQ10. My Dr. recommended taking CoQ10 capsules to replace losses of CoQ10 caused by the statins. I tried a few different brands and found this brand to work the best. Ino longer have problems with muscle cramps at night.

I was previously prescribed a very expensive medication for my triglycerides and couldn't afford it. My mom gave me some of these and I have been using them ever since.
