They all had been recommended Qunol by their Dr. Another person I know and trust, said he had done a lot of research and of all the supplements he takes Qunol was one he said he would always choose, not some lesser brand. I have had great results. I also tried the liquid form and enjoyed it, however the pill was a little cheaper so that's what I went with. The liquid numeric they have tastes great as well.

I bought the 100 mg size because the 300mg size I bought last week was too big to swallow. Now that I have opened my bottle and see the 100 mg size is almost the same huge size! And when I checked the ingredients I see that you add palm oil which not only makes the size huge but adds to the serious problem of deforestation! My husband loves your liquid Qunol and I see that there is no palm oil in that product. I wish you would leave it out of your pills too. I will sadly be returning my bottle. Let me know when you make an appropriate sized 100mg

Since statin can cause muscle cramps, he suggested supplimenting with 400 mg of CoQ10 and I have been using this ever since. The doctor was specific to use this kind (the one that ends with the letters ol) as opposed to the Q10 that ends with the letters "one". He said is is much better absorption. I have been using this brand ever since and it has worked really well for me.
