Eat well balanced meals and you're good for vitamins, minerals, etc. However, CoQ10 is a different story and should be supplemented if older and taking statin meds. I trust Qunol and won't buy any other brand.

Had heart issues in 2014 and at the time both heart doctors reviewed my supplement list and said to definitely continue using this product. I was having a hard time with the side effects of large doses of statins and the Co-Q10 helped a lot. I switched to ubiquinol after reading about the difference between ubiquinol and CoQ-10 that isn't as soluble. I also had some friends who had better results using ubiquinol so I gave it a try.I tried different brands but I found that the Qunol offers the best price per dose by far on the ubiquinol gel caps. I get better energy levels with the Qunol caps than with other brands even though the dosage is the same and it helps more with statin side effects.
