I like the option of being able to purchase this product at the store versus by mail or online only. 100mg dose once per day is very convenient and easy to remember. I take a statin drug and therefore take Ubiquinol on a consistent basis, so the 4 month supply in 1 bottle is a great value.

I have no problem with the size, it goes down quite easily, and it has absolutely no taste. I recently had extensive blood work done covering everything from A-Z to find out what nutrients my diet/body may be lacking - but I had no idea my level of CoQ10 was included. When my results came back, I was shown where my level of CoQ10 is quite optimal! Not that I once ever doubted this product, but the test results were an affirmation that this is high quality and readily absorbed and used by the body. I was impressed!

I still believe it is probably good for my cardio-circulatory system, but I do not see or feel any results. I do not feel or see any results when I discontinue using it for a couple of months. Besides, it is a very costly supplement.

I've very active and this was discouraging to have to stop frequently to let my leg muscles recover. However, since I started taking Ubiquinol, I am finding that my muscle stamina is much better and I am able to enjoy my activities like biking and skiing again!
