And it stopped the muscle cramps that both my husband (legs & back) and I (feet & toes), had. I decided to stop taking it and am now kicking myself. It really works well for us. The replacement order came without any container. Must have fallen out out the poorly sealed pkg. The third replacement order was good. Whew

I started taking the Quinol and am now taking the statin every other day now. My cholesterol has been lowered, my LDL is lower but my good cholesterol is higher. I attribute this to the Quinol I am on. Before Quinol, there had been no change in my HDL. I have blood labs done every three months.
