[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had started taking Qunol Mega Ubiquinol 100 mg because I take a statin and it was recommended. During the first month, I had a significant drop in my chronic migraine headaches and this has continued to date. At first I did not put two and two together but, come to find out, CoQ10 has been shown to lower the incidence of migraines. I have taken other CoQ products and not experienced this; I am thinking that the current good results might derive from the fact that Qunol Is more readily available to one's body. Of course, I cannot prove anything but I am going to keep taking it and just enjoy the continuing good results!!

I bought the 100 mg size because the 300mg size I bought last week was too big to swallow. Now that I have opened my bottle and see the 100 mg size is almost the same huge size! And when I checked the ingredients I see that you add palm oil which not only makes the size huge but adds to the serious problem of deforestation! My husband loves your liquid Qunol and I see that there is no palm oil in that product. I wish you would leave it out of your pills too. I will sadly be returning my bottle. Let me know when you make an appropriate sized 100mg

Well, actually I don't have anything but subjective, anecdotal evidence but I feel very healthy and upbeat when I take Qunol everyday and I notice a difference in my energy when I run out of Qunol and don't replace it right away.
