I credit Qunol Ubiquinol with a fair portion of the positive results. I eat a healthy diet, for the most part, exercise and walk every day, but taking a supplement that will offset the Statin I must take to help regulate my Cholesterol is so important. My research has shown me that Ubiquinol is the best CoQ10, and Qunol is the best I have found.

I use it to replenish the things that the statin drugs were robbing from my body and still use it today. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I believe I was first introduced to the theory of the importance of CoQ10 years ago by reading articles written in Life Extention magazine..The thing that hit home was the fact all cells require co Q10 especially the BRAIN , MUSCLES ESPECIALLY THE HEART MUSCLE ...and our body does not manufacture as much as we age .The trend was to lower cholesterol because it was and still is theorized that high cholesterol causes heart attack. Both my husband's and my cholersterol are elevated , resultantly we have been taking statins. ..surprisingly ,None of our doctors have recommended CoQ10 . However we have consistently been taking some form of coQ 10 since being before being put on statins . We need to counteract the BAD side effects of statins as it depletes levels of CoQ10 . Because Quonol is more readily available to our cells , we switched to it from CoQ10. .
