[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I use this product daily. I am on statins, which can deplete CoQ10 in your body and as you get older this depletes naturally....a double whammy. I don't know if this is related to taking this product, however, I am 62 yo and have consistently been told by 25 yo to 50 yo that they don't see me as old as I am due to level of energy and positive attitude. Just sayin ;)

Well it did not take long to realize that statins were great for lowering my cholesterol but felt like they were wrecking everything else. I felt like a 90 year old instead of a very active 56 year old. I stopped going to the gym and playing golf and nothing I tried helped. So after doing some research I decided to give UBIQUINOL a try. After turning 50 I switched to ubiquinol about 7 or 8 years ago I found Qunol Ubiquinol and it became my favorite. My wife's doctor advised her to start taking CoQ10 a few years ago. As she recently turned 50 I started her on Qunol Ubiquinol too. Mind you neither one of us have heart problems and we both want to do the best we can to keep it that way.

This is the only Ubiquinol I buy and use. I originally started taking it for heart health, but it actually helped my back pain a little as well. I was amazed and I can really tell the difference when I do not take it. I recommend this brand to ALL my friends.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I take one capsule each morning along with 10mg of Crestor. I'm convinced the Qunol was/is vital to the effectiveness of the statin I take. There is a family history of heart disease I'm working to try and overcome. My lipid profile results for DECADES have hovered around 200 which isn't great for someone at risk. Since February of 2019 I take 10 mg Crestor, 75 mg Praluent, and 100mg Qunol Mega. My most recent profile result is 115! Both my primary and my cardiologist are thrilled as am I with this meaningful result. Using the Qunol to help in the absorption of the Rx Crestor plays a key role in achieving this. I'm sold on it's health benefit!
