The tabs on the cups are very thin and break easily. If one breaks its okay, you can still blend with only 2 tabs but the cup starts to tilt and if 2 tabs break off, then that cup is now garbage.

"weird noises and smelled like it was burning". I also found some plastic powder in the base and am concerned it has funneled its way up into the shaft and into the food.

Bought used one at yard sale. Had some issues with it leaking. Tried a brand new one. It blends great. It threw cilantro, milk and mashed potatoes all over my kitchen.

I bought this product recently and tried to make a small smoothie. Not only did it not blend any of the ingredients (half a frozen banana and a few strawberries, it also started smoking almost immediately. Total waste of money

you have to keep taking the cup off and stirring it urself for the blades to actually cut anything. the design causes it to make a pocket where no food even reaches the blades; if you leave it it'll quickly start smelling burnt ???

My mother purchased this item years ago! I remember her making me milkshakes as a child, and now I am 25 and use it about every morning for the past year for my breakfast smoothies! My grandma just purchased this for my cousin as well!

I was a little skeptical that this blender would not have enough power but so far it had been nothing but impressive. I've used it mainly for making protein shakes and it has no problem blending up ice cubes quickly and easily. My wife has also used it for blending fruit and vegetables for baby food. It works great! There are so many options. The small size makes it quick to use, easy to assemble and even faster to clean. Overall it's far better than a large blender when you just want to blend something quickly.

It comes with several different cups that you just put right on the bullet. I can now make a smoothie and not make any mess and use the same cup I blended it with. I've used it to make sauces, salsa, even used it to mix up special milk for one of my sons animals. The possibilities are endless with the magic bullet. We use it all the time. My older kids even use it. We love it.

I received this as a gift and very happily used it for about a month. As sometimes happens, we had a problem with the drive gears clashing and eating each other. I called to see if I could buy the drive gears and you cannot. The advisor did replace the two parts that included the new drive gears. She made me very happy and I'm sad that I forgot her name but she was great.
