I got the magic bullet single shot as a gift awhile ago. Best ever for making fruit smoothies. Needed to get a new part. Great customer service...."Luz" was awesome, knowledgeable, and very helpful.

A friend bought this for me a month ago and I am so happy she did. It is so easy to use. Also the gentleman who helped me with the warranty was professional and patient and courteous.

Purchased to replace my old Magic Bullet that finally burned out. So not worth the money. Only one blade. It doesn't chop, crush, or anything like my old Bullet did. Save your money and get a upgrade. Very disappointed in this product.

Bought used one at yard sale. Had some issues with it leaking. Tried a brand new one. It blends great. It threw cilantro, milk and mashed potatoes all over my kitchen.

Bought 2 of these, one for myself and one for my mother. Burned them both up and they started smoking. We dehydrat veggies and make them into a powder. I would say for ice cream smoothies this would work fine. But it is not a workhorse.

Used 5 times, died within 2 months. I was making a smoothie with chopped berries, yogurt, milk and crushed ice...it stopped working and smelled like it was burning.

"weird noises and smelled like it was burning". I also found some plastic powder in the base and am concerned it has funneled its way up into the shaft and into the food.

I love my Magic Bullet. I have purchased one for myself and one for my daughter. We both use our Magic Bullet every day to make everything from smoothies to making our own flour.

I bought this last year. Only problem was the the kids broke it almost immediately by pushing down at an angle and releasing too soon:( Contacted customer service & they replaced broken parts :)

I use frozen fruit in smoothies, evidently the Magic bullet is not a strong enough motor for moderate use. If this is how you plan to use it, this is not the choice to make.
