I use frozen fruit in smoothies, evidently the Magic bullet is not a strong enough motor for moderate use. If this is how you plan to use it, this is not the choice to make.

I bought this last year. Only problem was the the kids broke it almost immediately by pushing down at an angle and releasing too soon:( Contacted customer service & they replaced broken parts :)

On my 2nd bullet and after making 1 smoothie, again it's overheating and I can't make a second one. Takes 20 minutes to cool down in between. I won't be buying a 3rd. I would give it a 1 just because it does work for 1 drink.

This item does not work I don't know if the one I purchased was defective but it does not work could not even make a simple smoothie. The power is very low key, it is a waste of money.

Used 5 times, died within 2 months. I was making a smoothie with chopped berries, yogurt, milk and crushed ice...it stopped working and smelled like it was burning.

A friend bought this for me a month ago and I am so happy she did. It is so easy to use. Also the gentleman who helped me with the warranty was professional and patient and courteous.

I got the magic bullet single shot as a gift awhile ago. Best ever for making fruit smoothies. Needed to get a new part. Great customer service...."Luz" was awesome, knowledgeable, and very helpful.

I had an issue with my power base for my Magic Bullet, but the customer service rep (Ricardo) that I spoke with was able to walk me through some steps to fix it. I thought I was going to have to buy a new one.

The rubber teeth on the blades wear out. Better change of crushing ice with a rubber spatula. Don't buy this if you want a blender that lasts longer than a week!

Exchanged twice because the seal after a few uses kept coming out when u crewing the top. It works great but having to continue to have to replace the seal is time consuming. So now I'm taking it back again and try to upgrade.
