I have had mine Bullet for years. I love it and the customer service is amazing. They stand behind their product if anything goes wrong at any time.

Container tab has 3 plastic prongs/tabs to engage blade when locking down. All 3 prongs/ tabs have broken making it unusable.

Its my 3rd magic bullet and i love it! My current one broke but customer service was able to help me with with my issue since i had the warranty ;)

I got it 6 month ago and it already stopped working n smoking so I had to put it outside thanks for junk

I wasn't sure I would use it but I love whipping up a quick smoothie for my kids before school. It's easier to use and clean than my Vitamix.

I use the Magic Bullet every day with my Shakeology. The size for storing and portions are fantastic!

I bought one yesterday, and it is not the same good quality as the original one I had. I am not happy!!

I bought this for my son and he loves it!  He is making smoothies 3 or 4 times a day and they are delicious!

I just bought one of these the first time i used it didnt chop up ice then the 2nd time i tried to make a smoothie with frozen fresh fruit n milk it wouldnt even mix it up such a waste of money!!!

The guy who helped me on the phone was great. I had to order a new unit because mine had died, but I have used it everyday for 2+ years. I also ordered new blades, which should help. It should be arriving in a few days.
