I only used it twice went to go use it a third time wouldn't turn on

VERY BAD product. Very bad machine. The main machine is getting hot within just a minute and don't run anymore

They do not show nor tell me where to look for a replacement part the rubber gasket for the blade section

Container tab has 3 plastic prongs/tabs to engage blade when locking down. All 3 prongs/ tabs have broken making it unusable.

Bought it . Brought it home. Unpacked . Used for protein shake. Burn out halfway through first shake. Do no recomend

I had a problem with a blown motor, I send a tweet to customer service and they fixed the problem quickly and efficiently.

When the product needed a part replaced under warranty they did it fast. It's good as new now. Thanks
