I received it as a Christmas gift..... I loved it until the seal came lose about 2-3 months Later, only to let liquid ooze down into the motor, and of course it stopped working..... You could smell the motor burning. It seems hit and miss as to whether you get a good one or not.

I bought my majic bullet about 6 months ago, it's not something I use daily. Bought to make smoothies and shakes. Works great with frozen fruits so long as you add milk. The reason I give the bullet 3 stars is because it recently started leaking out the bottom whenever I use it making a mess! The lid is not very easy to take off either.

I bought my magic bullet 1 yr ago and got the extended protection plan. hThe vkade broke and motor running slowly. Called customer service, they asked a couple questions and are sending me a new base and blade in 7-10days just had to pay shipping. New base comes with a new protection plan. Very smooth transaction, very happy with the result.

We bought ours several years ago and got the flat whipping blade and a blender attachment along with the party pack of mugs and comfort rings. You can still buy the mugs, but the flat blade and blender are only avail from after market sellers. Thankfully we bought two complete sets when we bought, so I think we have several years left. If I were buying again, I would look at their competitors that have better attachments.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have been a big fan of magic Bullet. I got their generation 1 product back in the day and it still has held up. But i thought it was time for an upgrade. Long story short, this blender is awesome. i make smoothies every day. Easy to clean, and easy to use a cave man can do it.

This is perfect size for a quick smoothie or chopping up food. One of the major downsides to this is the loudness and having no on/off button. Cleaning is somewhat a hasel, having thin skin, the plastic "trim" on the inside can easily scrap the top layer. I'd prefer they spend some additional engineering on the cup design and blades for cleaning.

I bought this a little under a year ago, and just now had issues. I called cs and they walked me through a few steps to figure out the problem. They are sending me out a new blade and everything should be good to go. Very nice, only took a few minutes and I couldn't be more happy to use my magic bullet again. Thank you!!
