I purchased my Bullet about 10 years ago. Never had any trouble with it except my milling lid leaked so threw it away as still had the other blade (lid). Called to order new lid and was very pleasently Surprised when the lady helping me said she was gong to send me replacement lids at no charge! Can't remember her name unless it was Rebecca. I bought this for my husband as we were starting a diet. I tried to blend strawberries with plenty of liquid. It burnt out within the first 20 seconds and has not worked since. So disappointed as this was supposed to be a great gift and all I did was waste my money on something that didn't even blend a few strawberries.

Have two 17 piece sets. Less than three months old. Five of the 12 small cups have cracked at the bottom below the handle and across from the handle at the casting seams. Use two cups daily, and at this failure rate supply will deplete quickly. Also one of the locking tabs on one of the units has broken off and is no longer functional. Very disappointed in this product.

I want to go on record that I LOVE Magic Bullet! I have always kept one on hand as I make a daily protein shake for my husband. I put nuts, frozen fruit, a slip of numeric and ginger root; and whatever fresh veggies, fruit and supplements I choose to put in. I fill it with water and off we go! I appreciate the easy use and clean up. It is perfect for individual servings. I have larger machines, but, while easy to clean also, this is perfect to mix and serve a single serving. I cannot say enough how much I like this. The motor gets used so much,I don't mind buying a new blender part every so often. As long as they make this, it will have a place in my kitchen!

I bought this product not even 2 weeks ago and it started smoking. So unhappy with my purchase. I will be getting in touch with customer service and getting a refund from the retailer. I'm fortunate it didn't start an actual fire. Never buying this brand again

This is perfect size for a quick smoothie or chopping up food. One of the major downsides to this is the loudness and having no on/off button. Cleaning is somewhat a hasel, having thin skin, the plastic "trim" on the inside can easily scrap the top layer. I'd prefer they spend some additional engineering on the cup design and blades for cleaning.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I actually use this to blend food daily for our dog who has very little teeth. He struggles with hard food and even some softer food if it is not blended. These are easy to clean and the blender is small enough to hide away.

I bought my majic bullet about 6 months ago, it's not something I use daily. Bought to make smoothies and shakes. Works great with frozen fruits so long as you add milk. The reason I give the bullet 3 stars is because it recently started leaking out the bottom whenever I use it making a mess! The lid is not very easy to take off either.

Deloris was extremely helpful and patient and informative. I'm hoping to be able to upgrade the bullet to the one that crushes ice with nutrional veggie and fruit extractor...I know my celiac disease will soon be a thought of in the back of my mind and not so sadly in the for front. I bought my magic bullet 1 yr ago and got the extended protection plan. hThe vkade broke and motor running slowly. Called customer service, they asked a couple questions and are sending me a new base and blade in 7-10days just had to pay shipping. New base comes with a new protection plan. Very smooth transaction, very happy with the result.
