This is one of the worst products I have ever bought. I purchased the first one on Black Friday of 2016 and within 2 days, the black rubber seal that is attached to the piece with the blades came off. This was after one use and being hand washed. That should have told me right there to stay away from this product. I took it back to the store and exchanged it. Well here it is about 4 months later and it happened again. The rubber seal came off and now it will not work properly. Save your money and buy a better product!!

I am very disappointed. I got it just to help me with my baby's food. When I got I wasn't really happy with it because took long to get the food smoothie. I decided to return it to the store, but had loose the receipt. Then, less than 2 months one of the mixer part broke, but I continued using, so 1 month later the big part that holds the cup broke, too. I'm so frustrated.

It was good to make smooth and very convenient to drink. However i used to make basil pesto and it was terrible. The leaves could not be cut down into small things. They were just cut into 2-3 parts for each leaves. Very disappointed because that is not how they are said to work

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So far I've only used this Magic Bullet to make some salad dressing but It made quick work of it and the cleanup was easy. I'm excited to try it on other recipes. I would definitely recommend the Magic Bullet if you need to blend or purée things.

I bought this product not even 2 weeks ago and it started smoking. So unhappy with my purchase. I will be getting in touch with customer service and getting a refund from the retailer. I'm fortunate it didn't start an actual fire. Never buying this brand again

I had ordered a new Magic Bullet base a few months ago and was enjoying the freedom of having two in my kitchen - one for smoothies and one for making dips and spreads, etc. - but noticed a funny smell coming from it. When I contacted customer service to ask what I could do, the agent was friendly, helpful and understanding. He said they were sending me a new base and a new blade, at no charge. Now THAT'S incredible customer service!

I bought my magic bullet 1 yr ago and got the extended protection plan. hThe vkade broke and motor running slowly. Called customer service, they asked a couple questions and are sending me a new base and blade in 7-10days just had to pay shipping. New base comes with a new protection plan. Very smooth transaction, very happy with the result.

I have had my magic bullet for less than a year. Today, I went to use it and just hear a loud screeching noise. I took the blade off and noticed the rubber pieces were worn down and broken ... The pieces in the inside of the base was broken as well. Again less than a month and maybe I use it once a month. So sad never buying again

I want to go on record that I LOVE Magic Bullet! I have always kept one on hand as I make a daily protein shake for my husband. I put nuts, frozen fruit, a slip of numeric and ginger root; and whatever fresh veggies, fruit and supplements I choose to put in. I fill it with water and off we go! I appreciate the easy use and clean up. It is perfect for individual servings. I have larger machines, but, while easy to clean also, this is perfect to mix and serve a single serving. I cannot say enough how much I like this. The motor gets used so much,I don't mind buying a new blender part every so often. As long as they make this, it will have a place in my kitchen!

I bought this back in May, and it has worked great. I love it; however, 5 months down the road the plastic started burning off the rubber to where it would not blend anymore. That is my only dislike because I have really enjoyed drinking smoothies every morning for breakfast.
