[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I wasn't sure what I would do with the Magic Bullet. I quickly found out that I've been missing out on the greatest small appliance on the market! So far, I have made smoothies for my kids after school packed with fresh fruit, milk, etc. I've also used the Magic Bullet for grinding herbs rather than taking the time to cut them. So many uses! I encourage you to give the Magic Bullet a try as it will become your partner in the kitchen!

I used my girlfriends old black unit and it works great, so I bought one. The new unit was orange and was weak and overheated quickly. They sent a new blade but that did not help, so they sent me a new grey unit that worked better but not as good as the old black one. Both newer units bog down under load, then stop in less than a minute, and smell hot/burning.

I am not sure when I ought it. I had a friend with one and she loved it. I bought one and didn't use for 6 months. Then decided to use it and used it about 9 times. Now it doesn't work. Something is rubbing and the base is covered in white powder. I think the plastic is grinding. So sorry I bought it. Wish I had put the money toward a better product. My magic bullet is black - not white.

I've had this for a few months now. I don't know when it happened, but now every time I used it sounds SO loud. And makes weird noises. And there's this black stuff from the blender that gets inside soemtimes when I blend it for a long time. I don't know if it's the plastic or rubber melting. But I honestly think it's broken at this point. It didn't sound so loud and crunchy and like it's struggling to blend when I first got it. I have taken good care of it too. I'm very disappointed with this product as I thought it was a good brand and high quality.

I'm a protein believer but I hate eating all the food I need to get in 80 to 100 g of protein every day. Now I use 1/2 banana, Glucerna (medically ordered) and my protein power, 2 ice cubes with skim milk as a filler. I get almost 50 g of protein this way every morning and it taste so good too. Thanks for this Bullet maker is so much easier and quicker to enjoy my protein and get started each day with so much.

I've used Magic Bullets every day for years and they've been fantastic. When my latest finally quit after several years, I tried replacing it. Three new Magic Bullets in a row had to be returned. They all were barely able to spin a smoothie, smelled bad, overheated and stopped in less than 30 seconds. You've ruined a great product with whatever product or manufacturing changes you've made. Sad.

bought this last week and the fist smoothie I made was perfectly blended. but ever since every time I make a smoothie the machine shuts off when it thinks its done and doesn't let me blend anymore and even if I take the plug out and put it back in it doesn't work. also when it blends for a few mins the machine gives off a smell.

I had the Nutribullet until the motor burned out, but at least it worked well for the 3 years I had it. The Magic Bullet failed on its first try. Couldn't blend frozen fruit. The instructions say not to run the motor more than 1 minute at a time, but it would take more than that to do a simple job. Should be taken off the market or at least instructions should say not to use frozen anything.

Not happy with the cups provided with my magic bullet, all the plastic tabs on the cups I use have broken off - 2 large cups and one medium one...toast. I am down to one cup. After the first tab broke off I made sure I handled everything carefully but a second tab broke and it wouldn't work, same story with the other 2 cups...cheaply made but expensive to replace. We purchased our Magic Bullet 12/1/20. We used roughly once a month since purchase, but was happy with it when using it. It died just the other day on me while blending yogurt, milk, and frozen fruit. I am disappointed in how few uses we got out of this small appliance.
